A Glimpse into the Life of Lux Feininger

Born in Berlin, Lux Feininger studied art at the Bauhaus School under luminaries like László Moholy Nagy and Oskar Schlemmer. Although the school didn’t offer photography until 1929, Feininger honed his skills independently. In 1927, he joined the Berlin photo agency DEPHOT and later showcased his work in the pivotal Film und Foto Stuttgart 1929 exhibition.
